Road closed could get there

We had a reservation but couldn't get there due to I-5 being closed for over 30 hours. I canceled the morning of and they refused to refund, when in fact they knew people couldn't get their. I've been there lots of times with no issues. The general manager and refused to refund me or even give me a credit. Sadly they have lots our business and 10 other campers to.
