Very close to Walmart

This is a nice RV resort. It has heated pool during the winter and hot tub is always hot, and also open 24 hrs. Great laundry 1.75 for wash and dry, need a card. Unfortunately close to airport. Military jets take off and landing. Very noisy, but just for a short amount of time. It starts at around 8:30 in the morning and ends around 10:00 pm at night. They do not run all day long. Just a few planes take off and land. I like that it is close to Walmart, plus the RV park will take your shopping cart back for you, just leave your cart in front of your site, and then it’s gone. Great dog park. Nice running track next to RV park. RV’s are close during peak season. We are here late in season so we are practically the only camper here. Great staff and they even bring your mail to you. No extra charge. You can do Amazon and UPS. Those drivers will bring it to your site rather than drop off at the office.

Love this park

We came here three years ago, and found ourselves surrounded by the same walk of life people. Last year we came back down, and met a few new people. This year we have been invited to parties throughout the park.

Pull through sites are too close.

This park has many great features. The pool is really nice. , and is open 24 hours. Very clean, and showers good and clean too. We wherexgere in summer which is,too hot and had plenty of space for our 41ft 5th wheel. Length wise it's great. But if you come in winter which is high season here, you will barely be able to open your popouts or Awning. Very very close to next spot. This is not a good place if you like to sit outside of your rig you could not, as the next rig is only 3 feet away. This is mainly full timers in park trailers and single wides, but they all are in good condition. The office staff are very friendly and helpful,
We have t-mobile phones with WI fi access. Sometime it would not connect at all. Don't know about other service providers, but T mobile is bad.

They have a great pool that is kept at 82 degrees year round and lots of activities to keep you busy! The park has a mix of full timers and RV sites and is a Trails Collection park. It is an age qualified (55+) resort. We loved that it is located next to Walmart and they have a dedicated security gate right into the Walmart parking lot! You can push your shopping cart right to your site and the come around and collect them and return them to Walmart. Talk about service! Check out this park if you are in the Yuma area! 👍🏻😉
