We have an RV spot available at our home on a hill in the secluded Clarkdale’s Palisades neighborhood. This means that there is very little traffic and houses are farther apart than in most other neighborhoods, so you won’t be bumping into people all the time.
The site is on the north end of our home. It includes FULL HOOKUPS: water, 30-amp electricity and sewer. Max dimensions this space can accommodate is a rig that is 25’ long and 12’ wide with ALL slide-outs OPEN. There is simply NOT enough clearance for any wider or longer rigs!
You will have access to our T-Mobile WIFI, our yard and its amenities which include: picnic table, propane grill, ping pong table, corn hole game, propane fire pit and wood-burning fire pit. The views from the yard are quite spectacular, especially sunrises and sunsets! You also have access to our washer and dryer (or if you prefer air-drying, an outdoor clothes line) so laundry won’t be a problem.
The site rents for $500 per month, with a refundable $400 deposit. MINIMUM STAY of 31 DAYS. No smoking, please (except inside your own rig, of course.) If you have pets, you MUST clean up after them each and every time as we do a lot of yard work and do not want any unpleasant surprises.
