Terrible experience!

We enjoyed 3 nights and decided to stay 3 more. We went to the office to see if we could get the space. The man at the desk said that it was no problem. He said to come back in the morning. My husband asked what time the office opened in the morning. (8 am) But we were told to not come back before 11 am and that our space would be reserved for us. We went in 10 minutes before 11 and were told they rented our space and we had 15 minutes to load up and leave. We had no time to dump or clean our breakfast dishes. Or guess is they got an offer for a longer visit by a new guest. We had enjoyed our stay until this point, but when these things happen it spoils the entire experience. We were given no compensation or apology. Bad business!

Nice quiet park out of town

We got the last spot in the park to stop over for 3 nights. Lots are spacious. We have a view of the tribal land. Other sites have valley views and are more preferable. The amenities are very nice. Large laundry $3/load. Central courtyard with gas grills, a pool and hot tub. DVDs to borrow are available in the office as well as jigsaw puzzles, and books. Walking paths and trails are throughout the park. A dog park is available. Town is about 10 minutes away on a winding back road. The road behind the park is not used much so no traffic noise to speak of. Coffee and donuts in the clubhouse in AM. The only negative would be the goat head stickers! They track in and are painful for the pets as well. We saw wild horses, woodpeckers, and heard the distant coyotes carrying on.

Great location & well maintained

We have camped here 3 of the past 4 years. It is a great location: close to the big city facilities, but out of the hustle and bustle. Small to medium-sized for AZ campgrounds. Has pool and pickle-ball court and nice laundry. Staff/owners are sensitive to COVID safety. Individual sites are paved and level, but have no development like patio or vegetation. The views of the desert and mountain are awesome, and wild horses are sometimes around.

Very nice campground!

We have stayed at this park a few times and never disappointed. We have met great people here and enjoy that you can walk or bikeride directly from the RV Park. The park is always clean and well cared for, and we like that its not in the city center. They have a great laundryroom, and even a pickleball court. Its close to Scottsdale and Fountain Hills for shopping.

Love this park

Love this park because it is out of the busy city, yet close to everything. Feels more "campy" than most RV resorts in the Phoenix area, and they do a great job of maintaining the park. Have weekly and monthly rates so nice for folks who want to stay in the area longer. Hiking and biking in the area and accross the road from a casino if you like to gamble.

Typical rv park

The park was nice and tidy. The pool area looked nice, we didn’t get a chance to enjoy that part. I was a bit put off by the office staff on the phone. She told me that they didn’t allow vans in their park. We have a 27 ft coach house b+. I explained what a coach house was. I guess she looked it up online....but parked in front of us was a sprinter van...hummmm

Clean, patrolled

We were there in Sept, Oct, Nov 2019. Every section was very clean. I felt safely patrolled. The office staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the usually or nearly empty pool but you had to be early to get the free donuts. I'd walk over for a fresh donut and coffee in the morning to get out of the RV. It was worth the little extra we usually paid.

It’s okay.

Clean, well appointed campground with showers, restrooms, a pool and hot tub, and more! Expensive and the views aren’t very nice, despite being in a beautiful area. The free internet is very patchy and kicks you off every few minutes.
