Four miles northwest of downtown Sitka, Sealing Cove RV Park sits on paved, striped lots directly adjacent to the harbor. The municipally-managed facility accommodates RVs up to 40 feet with full hookups including electric, water, and sewer connections. Back-in sites provide harbor views where campers can watch boat traffic and seals in the water.
The campground features drinking water, a dump station, and allows pets. Cell service reaches the area, and ADA accessibility accommodates various needs. Access involves rough roads leading to the waterfront location. Fishing and kayaking opportunities take advantage of the harbor setting, while campsites near Sitka provide additional options for extended stays in the region.
Description
Sealing Cove RV Park is operated by the City and Borough of Sitka is adjacent to Sealing Cove Boat Harbor, 7 miles south of the ferry terminal, and a short distance from downtown Sitka. Space available for 26 RV’s. Water and electrical hook-ups. Open May 1 to October 1. For information, contact the Sitka Harbor Master’s office.
