Fishing, hiking, and lakeside camping draw visitors to Blue Lake South, a Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife campground within the Sinlahekin Wildlife Area Complex. The terrain is open, with most sites carrying sightlines across the lake and surrounding valley. Anglers should note the barbless-only fishing rule. Several sites include approved fire rings, and pit toilets are on-site. Pets are welcome. The season runs early May through late October. Blue Lake North sits less than a mile up the road for campers wanting a different site configuration.

Beautiful Lake.

Blue lake has much to offer. Fishing, hiking, camping to name a few. Fishing is barbless only. Several camp sites have approved fire rings. Most of the camping spots have a beautiful view of the lake and valley.
