Within Okanogan National Forest, Tiffany Springs Campground serves as the trailhead for accessing Tiffany Lake via a roughly one-mile hike with minimal elevation gain. This US Forest Service facility provides basic amenities including pit toilets, picnic tables, and fire pits across a small number of sites. The drive requires navigating bumpy backroads from nearby communities, though four-wheel drive isn't necessary—airing down tires can improve the experience on rougher sections. Expect no cell service at this elevation. May visitors report chilly nighttime temperatures due to the altitude, though bug activity remains minimal during that period. The campground works well for hikers seeking lake access and those comfortable with remote conditions.
Description
This campground has 6 single campsites with picnic tables and fire rings. One toilet facility services the site. No water or garbage service is available, please pack out garbage. A nice camping area, although this campground was burned over in the Tripod Fire of 2006, so the site is mainly open with some blackened trees. No fee. The Tiffany Lake Trail #373 begins across the Forest Service Road #39 from the Campground.
