The first floor of this cozy family cabin features a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a cute dining area. The welcoming living room features both Blu-Ray and CD players with surround sound, and a free-standing wood stove (fire logs provided). The laundry room includes a full size washer and dryer. There`s one bedroom on the main floor with one queen sized bed, plus one full bath. The second floor is an open loft sleeping area with a Blu-Ray player, 1-king sized bed, and 2-twin sized beds. The front deck features a propane heater and a gas grill for your enjoyment, plus there is a private outdoor hot tub in the back yard. Also included is unlimited long distance in the Continental U.S. This pet-friendly and monitored family vacation property will sleep up 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees actions, and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.
