This ultra custom 2-story, 3-bedroom, 3-bath, architect designed family vacation home was built for entertaining! The main floor features a large open kitchen/dining/living area with a wrap around breakfast bar plus large dining table, a very comfortable living area with a gas fireplace to cozy up to, a DVD/VHS/Monitor, a card/bumper pool table, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, and a separate study/quiet room. In addition, the main floor includes the master bedroom with 1-king sized bed, plus a full bath en-suite. There is also a separate sauna room, and another 3/4 bath. Stepping down into the first floor you'll discover one bedroom with 2-full sized beds, one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed plus 1-set of bunk beds with a full sized bottom bunk, a family room with a sitting area plus a DVD/VHS/Monitor, and a shuffle board table, a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, and one full bath. Just outside the main floor is a privacy deck with a hot tub and a gas grill. Yes indeed folks…this one truly has it all! This pet-friendly and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 11-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). PLEASE NOTE: WiFi service is now available to our area, and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WiFi SERVICE fails to function properly. Snowline is a family focused community with plenty of recreational activities. Amenities include a seasonal outdoor heated pool, fishing pond for kids 12 and under, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, children's playground, and a large playing field. There are plenty of trails throughout the community along with access to the Nooksack River. Snowline is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities. The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! - SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera…the photography is unsurpassed year-round! In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to treat this private residence with the utmost respect at all times, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees actions, and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.
