Brand New

If you want crisp, clean and new this is a park for you. We choose it for access to Hurricane Ridge. 15min to park entrance, 45 to the ridge. The spots are wide and you can park next to your coach. The clubhouse is nice and new. I did not make it to the bathhouse or laundry but I’m sure they are nice. Someone commented about walking dogs but I did not have a problem. There is a big grassy area in a circle of sites. If you have a dog, get one of these. I just walked through several vacant sites to the area. Maybe I shouldn’t have, but I did. Nice place for access to the northern part of Olympic.

Very clean new park

I’d change my review when it’s fully completed. But park is not complete. Dog run not completed (no good place to take dogs as it’s covered in think gravel). Playground not started for kids. It’s a clean nice campground but there is not much for kids nor help for animals here yet. I’d stay here again if everything was completed

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience and for being part of our soft opening. You’re absolutely right that many of our key features, like the dog park and playground, are still in progress. We’ve communicated this upfront and discounted rates accordingly. By mid to late August, we’ll have a fully completed park including a large grass dog run, playground, community fire pit, indoor rec area, and general store. We’d love to have you back to experience it all when it’s ready!

What facilities does Olympic Ridge RV Community offer?

Olympic Ridge RV Community features wide RV spots with adjacent parking, a clean and modern clubhouse, bathhouse facilities, and laundry services. The campground is relatively new with well-maintained grounds and facilities. A dog run area is available, though currently covered in gravel. Future plans include a playground for children. The overall design prioritizes cleanliness and modern amenities in a spacious setting.

What do reviews say about RV@Olympic?

RV@Olympic is a newer, clean campground that appeals to those seeking a crisp, well-maintained RV park. The sites are spacious with enough room to park next to your RV. While the park features nice, modern facilities including a clubhouse, it's worth noting that some amenities are still under development. The dog run area currently has thick gravel coverage that may not be ideal for pets, and playground facilities for children are still in progress. Despite these ongoing improvements, the overall atmosphere is pleasant and the location provides good access to nearby attractions.

How close is Olympic RV to Olympic National Park?

RV@Olympic is conveniently located just 15 minutes from the Olympic National Park entrance, making it an excellent base for park exploration. The journey to Hurricane Ridge, one of the park's most popular destinations, takes approximately 45 minutes from the campground. This strategic location allows visitors to easily access the park's diverse attractions while enjoying the comforts of a modern RV facility.

What RV camping options are available on the Olympic Peninsula?

The Olympic Peninsula offers diverse RV camping options ranging from developed campgrounds to more rustic experiences. RV@Olympic stands out as a newer, clean option with spacious sites and modern amenities. Throughout the peninsula, RV campers can find facilities within Olympic National Park, though these often have size restrictions and fewer hookups. Several private RV parks dot the region, particularly near popular destinations like Port Angeles, Sequim, and Forks. Some county and state parks also accommodate RVs with varying levels of services. For optimal experiences, especially during peak summer months, advance reservations are strongly recommended at most established RV parks in the area.
