Pretty bad

We just needed a place to sleep while traveling , the website makes it seem really nice it is not.  It is 95 percent full timers living in broken down RVs with clutter and broken down cars.  They have you fill out four or five pages of lots of personal info and charge 40.  There is no bathroom or shower, no trail (that we could find to the river) and an overall creepy feeling to the place, we ended up staying only because we had already paid, but at one am we both agreed it was just too strange and trusted our gut and left, we spent the night at a Loves truck stop and were much happier there.  I would never go back

Not great

We stayed here one night while traveling, the website and long questionnaire along with the 40 makes you think this is a fairly upscale campground/RV, it definitely is not.  90 percent of the spots are full timers living in broken down RV’s with junk cars out front.  There is no bathroom or shower only one nasty port a potty.  We had already paid the 40 dollars so attempted to stay the night but were so creeped out we left at one am and ended up sleeping at a Loves truck stop (much nicer and they have bathrooms)

Never ever again

Stayed there one night on our trip from Or to MT , the website makes this place sounds very nice, reality is a little further from that, 95% of the spaces are filled with full time residents in broken down old trailers, the owner has 4 or 5 pages you have to fill out of VERY personal information and at 40 dollars per night you would expect a bathroom and shower, instead you get a port a potty, no shower, no trail to the river and odd vibes.  We were so uncomfortable we left at 1 am and slept at a loves truck stop, would never stay there again

basic yet nice

talked with the owner who let us come in for a single night.  Very accommodating.  Worked with us to get us a spot.  Basic campground, no toilets or showers.  Yet electric and water hook-ups.  Most the RV sites are pull-thru making it very easy to get in and out.  Quiet park out more in nature than the large parking lot RV parks.
