It's a nice clean park. Make reservations on Recreation.gov first. Even if you are showing up at 7:30 at night.

Nice camping by the water

Good experience camping here. Really loved watching the sunset over the water while taking a stroll by the shore. Metal fire pit made perfect for dinner, and the ground was mostly even for our tent.

Charbonneau Park COE

June 9-14, 2019 Beautiful and quiet park. Site 14 has water, electric and sewer. Park has a dump station. Using our lifetime senior pass, we paid $12 per night. The restrooms were clean and had flush toilets and showers.

Nice getaway!

This is a nice campground for locals to get away for a weekend set along the Snake River. The campground has a clean, grassy park setting with a decent sized park nearby for kids with a swimming area. There is also a nice protected boat launch. the Campground is quiet and has nice views of the river. The sites have electricity but they have no water.

This is an RV park.

It's close to the city and right on the water. It also has trains going by all night. Didn't take any pictures because it's not worth remembering. Camp hosts were nice though!

Camping in the park

I have been going here for 20 years it's very nice clean and friendly people that run it. Great for tents or RVs. Full facilities with showers. You can watch the river traffic has a small marina by it that you can get gas at for your boat if you have those. Very busy Campground hard to get into at times.
