Welcome to the Wild West - Beautiful but Busy

At first glance, Cow Lake is a beautiful and secluded oasis tucked away in the scablands of Eastern Washington.

However, the area is a very popular local fishing and recreation spot and gets crowded on the weekends.

Cow Lake is about 10 miles east of Ritzville and is a free, dispersed camping…

Nice place

Camp sites are a little tight but the services and amenities make it worth it. Hooks ups are nice and they have multiple. They provide canoes to borrow along with free fire wood. Camp store is stocked with some great supplies. Laundry was ok... Many machines were out of service. Overall a good…

Looks like a parking lot with RVs

This is a newer RV park in Liberty Lake. They have only been open 2 years. Liberty Lake is between Spokane, WA and Coeur d’Alene ID. There are about 130 spaces or so, with concrete pads and paved streets. There is grass between sites, but they are much too close to be comfortable, and there is no…

Super cute, free firewood and boats is awesome!

Would give this campground 5 stars if it wasn't for all of the noise from i-90. It's a gorgeous little hideaway so close to the city!

Not a campground

This is a nice park and the western most point to the Centennial Trail, but there are no campsites and it is not allowed. There is nearby camping connected to the Riverside State Park system.

Nice RV Park

Park is new and well maintained. Roads are paved and easy access in and out. Sites are concrete pads with a picnic table also on concrete. While sites are close, they are spaced well enough that you don’t have to worry with hitting your neighbor with your awning or having to play Tetris with your…

Busy campground

A great place to launch a boat, picnic, fish or swim. Lots of area to play on the Pend Oreille River. Sees a lot of local swimmers and boaters. Nice wooded picnic area. Basic park camping. Close to Newport, Wa restaurants snd other facilities.

Tight squeeze for my 30 ft RV

If you need quiet, this might be your place. A mile or 2 from I-90 and tight narrow roads up to site. Hiking trail around marshy lake and lots of birds. Sites are close together.

Came here on accident

My and my lady like this place a lot! Nicely maintained facilities and bathrooms with hot showers. We got there late in the evening with no reservations but we were lucky enough to go online and book it on the spot. There are a few options. RV's and cabins. We got a tent spot, they're fenced to…

Wonderful Place to Camp!

The camping, the grounds and the amenities are fantastic.  The staff go out of there way to make sure you have everything you need.  The access to the lake with free canoe rental and FREE firewood are things we have not encounter anywhere else.  Although we only stayed for the night, I would not…

Perfect spot after long time on the road

CDA (Camp Couer d’Alene) is really pretty awesome. After a few nights at more rugged campgrounds - this place was great. Friendly staff and a few spots to choose from prior to the holiday weekend were a bonus. $41.04 for a tent spot isn’t cheap; but lots of amenities: free canoe use, free…

Loud trains and spotty wifi

Be sure to try air your gieviences with Cathy in the office... She'll let you know exactly what a good network setup should be.
