La Conner Marina RV Resort

SUMMARY PRESENTED BYT-Mobile

Run by the Port of Skagit and situated within walking distance of downtown La Conner, this full-hookup RV resort operates year-round and accepts rigs up to 45 feet. Sites come in three tiers: premium double-wide back-ins, standard pull-throughs, and regular back-ins, with rates running from $45 to $55 before any Good Sam discount. Each site includes a picnic table, electric, water, and sewer connections, and a small grassed area. Laundry machines accept cards only, which reviewers flag as a convenience worth noting.

Site quality varies noticeably across the property. The newer pull-throughs are well-sized, while a portion of the remaining sites run smaller. Premium sites back up to open fields, giving those spots more breathing room. Cell coverage is strong, and one reviewer described the wifi as "clean excellent," with AT&T also performing reliably on-site. Lighting throughout the campground is adequate for nighttime navigation. Occupancy tends to stay low even on summer weekends, so finding a site on short notice is generally feasible, though online booking confirmations have sometimes required a follow-up phone call to finalize.

Showers are shared with the marina next door. The resort's location makes it a practical base for exploring La Conner Channel Lodge and other nearby lodging options along the waterfront corridor, or for those researching camping near La Conner more broadly. Pet owners should note that waste cleanup compliance among guests has been inconsistent. If you plan to arrive on a summer weekend, call ahead to confirm your reservation rather than relying solely on the online system.

Decent Level Sites

Nice location conveniently located near the Marina, close to everything.

Premium sites are double wide and have a spot to park your RV AND Vehicle. Discount for Good Sam Club members.

Premium Sites $55 before discount (back-in only) Pull-through Sites $55 before discount Regular Back-in Site $45

All sites have Full Hookups, Picnic table & a minor grassed Area.

We stayed in a Premium site, enjoyed the view of the Fields behind us. Extremely quiet, open, not dusty. Downside, people don’t pick up after their Pets. We have two Shelties & think of others so we’re not the Culprits…

Otherwise, pleasant overall. Laundry accepts cards only which is extremely convenient since coins are hard to come by.

5G t-Mobile is 5-stars at our Site, it’s not listed as an option yet.

High priced

This park is now being run by the Port of Skagit. They could do much better. There are about 5 or 6 newer pull through that are good size. The remainder of the sites are small. The place is run down with dry grass. The only good thing is that it’s within walking distance of downtown LaConner and sites are always available. We were here on a June weekend and there were only a handful of sites occupied. For what it is, it is way overpriced.
