Great little campsite

Right off the rode with the campsites wrapping around the cafe. Front sites are mostly in direct sun, a few back ones are under large trees and cooler. 30 ft bumper pull was easy to park in spot 12 under the trees. Low hanging trees as you exit the back might be iffy with taller rigs. Most spots are fairly level.

Great stay next to rainforest

Smaller campground. Non electric site was $29, our site had a picnic table and fire pit. Bathrooms were clean and each bathroom had its own shower. Easy online reservation process. Very pleasant and helpful owners.

Small, quirky, but nice CG just 6 miles from the Hoh Entrance

We are full-timers in a 36 ft Class A with a Cherokee Trailhawk tow and stayed in site 7 for 5 days in late August. Our site was fairly level. The sites are laid out a little oddly and some are fairly close together, but others were not so bad. Most had electric and water, but a few did not electric. They’ll let you know which is which when you check in. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the store hours vary a bit, as posted on the front door. We didn’t notice construction crew noise while we were there, as mentioned previously. The showers/bathrooms were fairly new and very clean. There is also a field out back that is a great place to walk a dog and it is surrounded on 3 sides blackberry bushes that you are welcome to pick. AT&T coverage ok, with 1 bar of LTE and speeds up to 0.3 MB/s without a booster, but throughput did fluctuate a bit, and 0.9 MB/s with a booster. We were able to get DISH coverage on all three western satellites at our site. There were no OTA channels to be had with our fixed omni antenna.

The nearest services are in Fork, so plan accordingly.

Perfect to explore rain forest

They have 13 slots around the cafe. Sites are grass and some gravel. 30 amp with water on most sites. 0we got a pretty level. Spot but some will need spme. Help. Spots near the cafe are pretty busy during the day with traffic. Spot 1 is useless. I was told to pick a spot that was open and the come in with were we parked. Food at the cafe was good.

Easy place to stop before Hoh rainforest

Spent one night just passing through. Needed an easy place to crash. We parked on one of the electrical sites. Make sure you have a 30 amp adapter. Has a really cute little cafe on the property. Enjoyed our breakfast sandwiches and lattes in the morning.

Large campsites, friendly staff.

We spend an evening here before exploring the Hoh rainforest.

Sites were large and reasonably private with dense bushes between the sites and the road. There was some mud, but nothing major.

Each site had a fire pit and picnic table. Our table had a broken seat on one side, and looked like it had been that way for quite a while.

Site had power and water but 30A hookups only, so my 15A RV plug wouldn't work with it. An adapter would have easily fixed this, but it's unusual to not see both.

Bathroom was reasonably modern, but wasn't particularly clean. Lots of mud and dirt on many of the surfaces especially the shower.

On site coffee bar was a nice touch, coffee was good and staff was friendly. Burgers at the restaurant were so/so. Not horrible but nothing to write home about.

The Restaurant/Store has a nice supply of basics like shampoo, toothbrushes, and other staples and souvenirs. If you pay with card be prepared for a wait, their credit machine is cellular and VERY slow at times.

All in all, we enjoyed our stay and it was convenient to visiting the Hoh Rainforest (just up the road from the main entrance)

Close to adventure

Our family stated 2-nights here. Close to Hoh Rainforest National Park, Short drive to Forks, and short drive to Ruby Beach for amazing tide pools! Many trails and places to explore away from the campground.

Be sure to stop in to Peak 6 and support this locally owned shop!

Campground is small, with very clean and nice bathrooms. Not a ton for kids to do while at the site, so be sure to bring games and activities. We set up some yard games and things for the kids.

Lots of birds to watch and nature sounds to hear. We would love to stay another time when the cafe is open! It sure looked like a fun place!

We were the only people there, so it was private. It might not be as private with more people staying.

Overall, we had a fun time! We spent most of our time away from the site because there is so much to do in the area.

Easy and convenient

What drew me here was the $5.75 hot showers in a private bathroom. It’s great to freshen up after camping or living on the road for long stretches. Less than 5 miles off 101 entering into Hoh park and about 20-25 minutes from Ruby Beach.

I took one star off because the bathroom I was given wasn’t very clean. I went early so I’m not sure if it is because they didn’t have a chance to between people.

I got 1 bar on both T-Mobile and AT&T here

There is a cafe with outdoor dining. The sandwich and burger options looked good though I did not get any myself
