A Memorable Stay at the Park

My spouse and I had a great time visiting the park, where we admired the recent improvements that made it look even more stunning. The waterfront sites remain our top pick, with the breathtaking sunset views and natural wildlife that surrounded us. Plus, the fires by the water added an extra touch of coziness to our stay.

Down hill

We stayed here for the second year in a row. Last year it became our favorite camping spot. This year not so much. They used to allow 6 people and an RV and 1 tent. New owners changed the rules and tried to charge me for the 3 extra people and the tent on our spot. Eventually we did not have to pay. While there bathrooms were not cleaned a single time. We stayed 4 nights. I noticed wet toilet paper Near one of the toilets on the ground. It remained there our entire trip. The playground is falling apart and they either need to secure the current one or get a new one. The last night there a camp spot left a fire raging. No one came around and checked fires were out. It was a grass fire waiting to happen. It cost us over $400 for 4 nights. We won’t be back.

Nice RV spot by the bay

Laid back and friendly place for RVers. Bay is a mud flat here so no waves. I liked my premium spot with a water view.

Quiet and close to water

This place was great. The new owner, Tony, is a really nice guy. We had the two spots in the middle which we were worried about but they turned out great. It’s only about 50 yards from the water and a quick 10 min drive to go clamming. We will definitely go back.

Quiet and so close to the ocean

This place is right on a little inlet on the ocean. The sites along the shore have an amazing view. The center sites, 17 &18 which is where we were at were not bad, no view but still ok and only 100 yards from the beach. Great for kids because the inlet water is fairly shallow. The camp host/owner? was really nice and gave us a portable fire pit to use beachside our site did not have one (which we knew about before hand)
