We have 3 separate cozy western stall B&B rooms! B&B (Beds In Barn)….ALSO 5 ranch Campsites! Each site has a picnic table with umbrella, solar lights, campfire pit. & hammocks! Very wide open amazing ranch views! The Cozy interior rooms were actually a working horse stall in our big barn that is still housing horses! Your IN THE BARN!. You will experience sounds of a “REAL” western working ranch. Horses, chickens, cattle and more. Feel free to roam the entire ranch and take in the sights, sunsets are phenomenal! Sticker community room/Bathroom and shower, mini fridge, coffee, coco, teas, waters and misc snacks and basic utensils, microwave, toaster oven and cups..Red neck corner burn barrel, fire wood available, bbq grills avail. We also can “Glamp”you and prove the tents at the Campsites for a little extra. Book a beautiful private 2 hour Wildlife Refuge trail ride on gorgeous Gentle Giant Draft Hoses discounted to guests at $75 per person, min 2 people, 13yrs or older, book a family barn yard adventure tour & get hands on love with all the ranch animals, mini goats n cattle, kitties, sometimes puppies, baby horses, mini horses n donkeys, bunnies, chickens & so much more!$60per family of 4. $10 each additional.

Best breakfast at Chaps is just 8mins north on 195. Cheney/Spokane Exit.

We do not provide breakfast at this time but have lots of snacks /waters/ tea coco/Kuerig coffee maker in community room.

We are offering self ck in instructions, sanitize everything community everyday & social distance.

It’s a dusty working open barn we do a daily clean but it’s a working ranch ! It’s a truly Amazing unique Private ranch.. Come relax and enjoy the sights sounds n smells.

Pets welcome on leash all times $10 per pet per day.
