Extra Charges Apply-No Bathhouse

Owner said the electric is on a meter… so hidden fees apply to the already high fee. There water “available” & there’s no bathhouse. Go to Front Royal!

Thank you for your review, Ashley. There is nothing hidden here. The post clearly says: $45 per night +Power, and yes water is available. We are not a big campground with all the amenities. We are however a place where one can just relax and be in the woods in privacy. With our three lots we always had very satisfied guests for the last five years. Two of those are frequent guests who are coming back every year for a number of month. One renter is with us for over 2 years now. Our long term prices are different by the way.

So, without even having seen our setup, or even knowing the rest of our family of campers, you feel you are already qualified to leave this kind of review. Again, thank you for giving me the opportunity to set things straight.
