Great amenities

19$ a night and 9.50$ with a senior pass, so it was a bit pricey. However, it was beautiful and had running water as well as an outside house and a metal campfire pit and a picnic table

Beautiful getaway

Stayed here Monday 4/12 and we had the place to ourselves. Still some snow patches but the daytime temp was very pleasant! The water was shut off which was a bummer, but the campground is so beautiful! It’s pack in pack out, so take your trash with you.

Super cute and spacious

Plenty of room for multiple tent In a few different spaces and it’s first come first serve, they also have day use for 5 dollars! Envelopes are located once you pull into campground. Nice fishing hole and chipmunks and cows are every where so make sure you keep your food protected because trust me chipmunks and little Squirellies are ready to eat your food and climb all over your table so make sure you wipe down before using the table. Oh and the campsites have tables, fire ring and water throughout the camp ground that you can use for drinking or to fill up to bring back to your site and clean bathrooms, Great views and peace and quiet!

Quite and beautiful scenery

This campground is located right off a little lake, with spacious campgrounds. This is a first come first serve campsite, with no sink or showers. Highly recommend site 8 because it’s the largest site and right next to a bathroom. Running water is available and can purchase Firewood at little cottonwood campground down the road. Can fish in the lake, but wouldn’t recommend swimming in it. Also this site is full of squirrels, so hide food because they are fearless to jump right into your stuff. Also this is a pack in pack out site. Dumpster are located a couple miles down the road.

Fishing is awesome, but not so much with the vault toilet smell

The reservoir is amazing! You can fish offshore, but it’s best with a float tube. My visit was in Aug 2017.

This campsite is FCFS-no reservations. I believe it’s either 8-9 sites, which are nicely tucked away in large trees and shrubbery. It was damp at this time. We arrived around 11pm, and only had 1 option...next to the vault toilet and road. It was a nice campsite, but the smell of the vault toilet was off-putting. But because we drove a decent distance to be there, we sucked up the smell and eventually the smell went away as long as you were at the site.

Back to the reservoir, it’s so beautiful! There are grazing cows, so be aware of your surroundings.

Hope you enjoy the pictures!
