FR 365 Dispersed — Ashley NF near Manila

Ashley National Forest dispersed camping spreads across a high-desert bench just inside Utah off Lucerne Valley Recreation Road, with an arm of Flaming Gorge Reservoir visible below and open sky in every direction. FR 365 leads to a large gravel area with room for 15 or more rigs of any size, plus lower spots that put campers right at the water's edge — sites are slightly uneven in places but manageable with a leveler. Cell signal is reliable here, fire rings are scattered throughout, and pronghorn are occasional visitors; expect bugs in warmer months, particularly midday in spring and summer.
