Boating, canoeing, and swimming give campers reason to set up at Little Moreau Recreation Area, where sites and shelters run along the southern and eastern edges of the reservoir south of Timber Lake. The campground is rustic but functional, with drinking water, picnic tables, and trash service on-site. Some sites sit directly across from the main dock; others are farther up the road with more tree cover and shade. ATV trails wind through the surrounding hills. Weekends draw crowds, but weeknight stays tend to be quiet, and the 14-day stay limit applies. Pets are welcome, and RVs up to 50 feet can access the drive-in sites.
