New experiences and touring grand design
This clean, well kept campground is really close to grand design. We stayed here to go tour the manufacturers process.
Eh ok
I have definitely seen better KOA parks, this one seems a bit run down to me, lots of mud,our gravel site was very unlevel and in need of more gravel and quite a bit of trash just laying about the park. On a good note the Wi-Fi seem to work well.

Small KOA
This KOA is much smaller than most and has fewer amenities, although the prices are comparable. Surprisingly this area is very high with camping charges, especially off season. That being said, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the 1:00 check out is nice. We didn’t use any of bathrooms or laundry so I can’t comment on that. Overall it was a good stop for an overnight stay
Beautiful up close Amish experience!
Jerry and his KOA team keep the campground immaculately cleaned at all times! Very efficient in picking up trash each morning, and bathrooms are spotless! About 10 minutes drive to Shipshewana with very kind Amish community folks :-)
Relaxing Place to Stay
We enjoyed our time at this KOA. The campground was quiet and the facilities were nice. We also enjoyed the pool. We would definitely stay again if ever in the area! Highly recommend!
Highly recommend !
Great campground! Stop over on drive back to PA from South Dakota! So pretty! Wish I was able to stay longer! I will go back to this beautiful area of the country!
Air conditioning in the bathrooms
Very nice campground with level sites and air conditioned bathrooms! That is amazing in the summer. They have trails that are a nice walk for the dogs and a pond to catch and release fish.
Amish country
Definitely loved this campground in the middle of beautiful Amish country. Staff was very friendly and helpful. pool is well kept. We were only here for 1 night. wish we were able to stay longer. will definitely be returning.
Great campground!
Great campground in the heart of Amish country. Near Elkhart and the RV/MH Hall of Fame & Museum. Great place to visit, really interesting. Also, near Shipshewana. Campground has lots of activities: pool, miniature golf, volley ball, fishing pond, big chess set, bike rental, mining area, playground, and rec. hall w/ video games, pool, ping pong, air hockey, and juke box. Nice little store. Dog park. Clean restrooms. Friendly owner and employees. Lots of mature shed trees.

Very pleasant
Hope, the owner, is always so friendly & helpful. The restrooms/showers are nice and clean. You can get an entire 4 wheeler dump load of wood for $20. It’s nice dry wood. When we’ve camped in the past during April & October, we got free firewood those months. There’s a nice little camp store. We were given a nice welcome packet at check-in with visitor guides for the area. They recycle also. Pool and small miniature golf course. We really enjoy camping here. We’ve camped on several different sites here. We’ve stayed on the deluxe patio sites a couple of times when they were available. They have patio table & chairs on extra wide concrete pad, gas grill, fire pit & seating area in back.
Variety of activities
Small sites, but owners nice. Has pool and fishing lake, near Amish so plenty to do off site. Smaller campground but clean.
