We have electric (30/50/120), FREE wifi, water, sewer, dog washing station, dog park & a very nice laundry/shower facility that will make you never want to leave. We also have a community pavilion with picnic tables, approx 3 acre fishing pond, a large water fountain pond with picnic tables and grills around it to relax & enjoy pink and orange sunrises and sunsets. We have large lots to make you feel at home. Our rv park is in the quiet country, but located within minutes of all of the conveniences you need in and around the towns of Quitman, Winnsboro, & Mineola, such as grocery stores, auto parts stores with rv sections, hardware stores, Walmart, hair/nail salons, dentists, hospitals, shopping, farmers' markets, amazing restaurants and food trucks. Winnsboro has an arts district, as well, and Wood County has commissioned beautiful interactive (selfie) murals around the area. We are also within minutes of many beautiful lakes such as Lake Quitman, Lake Winnsboro and the world famous bass fishing lake, Lake Fork. We hope to see you soon!
