Clean Sites, convenient to I10

Transit sites are level concrete pads. WiFi is pretty much what you expect at an rv park. Bathhouses are ok but a little dated.

Quiet

We stayed here as an easy close spot to Ford Arena Softball Fields. Literally 3 minutes there. It's a small quiet park that has a few full-time campers. A small lake with free use of canoes and peddle boat available. A laundromat, bathroom and showers are on site; all very clean. Some of the sites are quite close with little shade. Most all have level concrete pads and full hookups. We stayed in site 30, which is a pull through large enough to accommodate big rigs.

Good place to stay

Quiet, clean, no pool, no club house. Nice place to stay, easy in, easy out. Close to food, shops, the mall, and the hospital.

Just one night

Stopped on our way to San Antonio for one night. People really friendly and park was nicely keep. Gravel driveways. Easy access from the interstate but the road noise was not bad. Tried to stay on our return trip but they were booked up.

Not bad for a stop over

Was a nice place for a stop over the best places seem to be taken up with long termers. The lake was small the people nice. Of course there was a train around but by this time didn't notice much.  We came after a great big rain so there was a lot of puddles but it was not bad, the sites were muddy and so was the grass.
