Beautiful

This is a very nice day use area and boat launch. They have a large group area that is reservation only. This park has been closed for a while but is expected to be open for picnics and boating in the next few weeks. The staff here is great, they will help you at anytime just ask. There are dumpsters located at the exit area of the park along with a few trash cans located throughout the park. This is a great place to bring the children for a picnic and a swim at the swimming beach. There are abundance of deer and rabbits, bird watching is fantastic. If you need over night camping the are several parks in this area that offer camping with water and electric hook ups.
