I am just now getting this listing started - spurred-on by the upcoming solar eclipse in April 2024. Real quick: I have an 8-acre property - with the house being on 2, a 1-acre pond and 5 fenced acres where I have chickens. About 2/3 of the 5 acres are trees - that I have been slowly thinning out.
