Agata Farm is a 70-acre private property between Coward and Effingham, about 20 minutes from Florence, SC.

We currently offer a few primitive, drive-up or walk-in tent sites with plenty of space and privacy.

What’s here:

• Grass and pine clearings for tents or small campers
• Fire ring at one site
• No restroom or hookups yet—pack in/pack out
• Gravel access road; standard vehicles OK in dry weather

We’re gradually developing the land—future additions may include showers, sauna, and small cabins—but for now, this is straightforward, peaceful camping on open farmland.

Good fit for travelers passing through eastern SC, writers needing quiet, or anyone comfortable off-grid.
