Walmart — Eagle Point Supercenter

We were in need of a spot to stay the night in this area and went inside to ask if we could stay in their parking lot. The answer was sort of vague, something along the lines of that Walmart won't pursue towing until you've been there 24 hours, but police may come by before that and ask you to move. I believe it too, because we had to park across the street for several hours during the day, and the manager of the shop where we were parked came out and accused us of staying in her parking lot all night (we hadn't). I did speak to one of the sheriffs that cruised by several times and he said we were ok since we were just there a few hours.

Point being, local businesses and police in this area are tired of the vagabond takeover and are fighting back, and us traveling nomads are caught in the middle. Bummer.

We opted not to stay here.
