Open gravel pit along the Columbia River great windsurfing, tug and paddle wheel watching. Between railroads on both sides of the river and I84 alongside too it's pretty noisy. Luckily I like trains and the jakebreaks on semi's, so....Max 1 week stay, run by the BOR
