Directions
From the Paisley Ranger District Office, go 12 miles north of Paisley. Turn left on Forest Road 29 "Government Harvey Road". Go 10 miles to the junction with Forest Road 2901 and Summer Lake viewpoint. Stay on Road 29 for 2 more miles. At paved "T" junction with Forest Road 28, stay to the right. Go 3.6 miles to the junction with Forest Road 30. Stay left at paved "Y" intersection. Go 3 miles on Forest Road 30 to the turnoff marked "Pike's Crossing Recreation Area". It is 0.5 miles from here to the campsites along the river.
