Fremont National Forest holds Can Springs Campground within its boundaries, a Forest Service site set in forested terrain near both a creek and a lake. Access is rough, so high-clearance vehicles are advisable. The campground runs from June 1 through October and provides picnic tables, toilets, and fire rings, with pets welcome. Nearby, Vee Lake Trailhead Campground sits roughly 2.9 miles north for campers weighing options in the area. Can Springs suits self-sufficient campers comfortable with limited amenities and unimproved roads.
