From the Lakeview Ranger District office, go 2 miles south on US 395 and turn right on OR 140. Take OR 140 west for 24 miles, and then turn right on Forest Road 3870. Go on Forest Road 3870 for 8 miles and you should see the campground and trailhead entrance signs.
