Clean campground, easy to locate

This is a good sized KOA that was easily located off the highway. Check in procedures after hours were straight forward. We had a pull through 30w full hookup spot and it was a bit on the snug side for our 29ft travel trailer and Chevy Silverado. We had to unhitch and park at an angle to fit and lots of others at the campground were doing the same thing. Pool was drained due to maintenance, but they had notified us of that prior to reservation. Lots of other fun activities for the kids were available, including basketball, playground and miniature golf. The camp kitchen provided was underwhelming compared to other KOAs (just a large plastic white sink with no real work space.. other KOAs have had wonderful set ups and that's always very convenient). The bathrooms were clean but showers are small with a small attached dressing area and the plastic lining of the shower walls was chipped in places. Just needs an update. The store was great and has some very cute camp decor and souvenirs as well as all sorts of standard camping supplies. WiFi was absolutely horrible, sorry to say.. even with our booster, couldn't even write an email on their WiFi. Verizon service was thankfully very strong and we relied on that.

Great amenities

Our site was close to the freeway, so it was a little noisy, but the camps weren't too close together, so that was nice. One of the showers in the ladies bathroom didn't seem to get hot, but the one in the middle did, so we weren't out a shower. All in all a good stay.

Tent camping

Well we did not know that when tent camping you can only stay two weeks we were originally told we could stay as long as we wanted as long as we moved and did not stay in a spot more than 7 days. Not a bad campground just don't like the two week stay rule. Plus my cat loves it. There is a natural that can be walked, a dog park, swimming pool, also a place to throw disc golf disc's.

Just enough for kids

This park is located between Corvallis and Albany Oregon. Very convenient to local stores like Costco, Walmart, Fred Meyer‘s. This park has all the basic necessities from their main store for things that you might have forgotten or need restocking. The park also has things for the kids to do like a basketball court, a pool, walking trails, putt putt golf which is pay to play ($1).

You can tell the park has seen some used over the years, and the staff seem to be working hard to try and maintaining it. At the bottom of the pool there are definitely some chipped areas which are very rough on the feet and chipping and they’re probably dealing with some leaking underneath the pool.

Overall it was a decent stay I know my wife had mention the road noise from the close by highway was a little annoying some of the nights as she is light sleeper. A decent stop for the family over the Fourth of July weekend, we would probably come back again.

We had a 28 foot trailer with full hook ups, had to park my pick up sideways on the slip to make it all fit. Site #2

Great overnight stay

We only spent a night—and we came in late—but this KOA left an impression. We wanted to build a fire so they left a cord of wood—and the place seemed well maintained and a great respite from the road.

It’s your average KOA!

The place is very clean, staff are friendly. Grounds are well kept. WiFi was extremely slow but that’s about par for the course. Otherwise no complaints!

Typical KOA but with its special touches

This KOA is pretty similar to any other KOA on the west coast. We stayed at one of the back-in / tent sites with our RTT and only had one neighbor beside us. Though we were close to the entrance of the KOA, we heard pretty much every vehicle that came in and out of the park. Washrooms and showers were clean, just wished for a little more shower water pressure. WiFi is pretty slow but enough to check email and the weather report. The campground staff are very organized and efficient.

A campground where the wifi actually works!!!!

This is the second time I've stayed at the Corvallis KOA. I almost didn't recognize it when I pulled in as the trees have grown up. It's been a lot of years. My last stay here was very pleasant and this time is no different. A bit of highway noise, but nice big pull through sites, tent sites along the back (really good), a nice small store and friendly staff. The best surprise is wifi that actually works. Enough bandwidth that I actually got connected and was able to download a couple of things and watch a YouTube video on using some new RV gear. Excellent!!!! This is the first time in 10+ years of RVing that I've had really good wifi at a park. The dog run is nice, big and well maintained. However, lots of holes and escape options under and through the fence for small dogs. :( Nice little nature trail though both the bridges on the small loop are closed and don't look like they're getting much attention.
