Lots of privacy and amenities

This was a great campsite. We stayed in a tent electric site and it wasn’t really woodsy but it had a nice little privacy fence and was in great shape. Perfect for car campers. The primitive sites looked much more woodsy, I might have chosen that instead of a hookup site if I had known, but its absolutely not the campgrounds fault at all. Bathrooms were also fantastic, clean and private. I definitely plan to come back again with the kids and stay in one of their cabins.

Excellent campsite

We stayed 2 nights at this campground and we were throughly impressed. The campsite we had was large and well kept, and was located right by the bath house. The bathroom facilities were very clean and made the stay much easier, especially since we were camping with kids. We will definitely be back!

Clean, safe, fun!

Super nice owners, we had a tent camp party of 10 and really enjoyed the time there. Ice and firewood are available onsite, as well as some general store goods like sunscreen, t-shirts, etc. The bathroom/shower facilities were excellent. The sites are clean and clear.

Super close to the gorge as well, easy drive access. Also highly recommend the only diner there "down the street" (a stone building, iirc)  at the crossroads - excellent burger and fries for takeout if you're in the mood.

One note - this is indeed a "family" campground, so taking our college-aged group there with a 10pm curfew was a bit rocky but it worked out fine.
