Stoney Goat homestead

Small homestead on a few wooded acres, ponds, hilly terrain, we have two very secluded spots across the pond and up the hill on the other side of the property.

We have a group site with handicap parking and Access, soon with handicap outhouse compliant....😀

It has enough space for a 28' rv

Or truck and trailer, small travel trailer, or a car with a popup.

It has three tent sites and sleeps approximately 10.

And we also have a tinroof covered wagon with a queen size bed, table and benches, and a wood burning stove for cole nights.

The property is incredible, but the real draw, is the 17 goats, 22 chickens and three pigs.

Our homestead is a small organic, self sustainable minded, (not there yet) little farm, on a private road, wooded, secluded and private Access to 2100 acres of state forest....

Deer, bear, Coyote, fox, beaver, cougar, fisher cat, you name it, we probably have it around here somewhere.....lol

Although primitive we are only 25 minutes from corning, Penn Yan, bath or Watkins Glen international.

Wineries and tourist attractions are everywhere.

Small kozy restaurants to lavish Michelin star lodges and resorts, gambling hiking, site seeing, you name it, our region is sure to please, and we are dead center of it all.

Take the time to come for the adventure you never thought you would fall in love with.....we will have you wanting to start your own homestead and get some goats, I guarantee it....

Well, I am sure you will be seeing us soon, we are close to everything yet far enough away to be able to thoroughly enjoy the relaxation as well as the reconnection to the primal side of you that longs for a connection to nature, we are your homestead campground.
