Open fields provide space for activities, while clean facilities include restrooms, showers, and a laundry room with two washers and two dryers. Wilson W. noted "very clean bathrooms and showers" along with 30-amp electric service and additional outlet options at individual sites. The current owners have operated the campground for about three years, implementing upgrades while maintaining the established atmosphere that keeps seasonal campers returning. DO NOT USE EXIT 18 OFF I-88. THIS ROUTE GOES OVER A MOUNTAIN WITH NARROW, WINDY ROADS. From Binghamton or Albany, take Interstate 88 to exit 16. Take Rte 47 south which turns in to Rte 11, follow to Rte 23, make a left heading East. Campground is approximately 7 1/2 miles to Beaver Spring Rd on the left. From NYC, take interstate 87 North to Exit 21, take Rte 23 west approximately 60 miles to Beaver Spring Rd. Were located in the foothills of the Catskill mountains, 15 minutes east of Oneonta.
