Description
Hi, this is a working farm of 140 acres. There is hay and pasture for horses on the 60 acre Valley bottom. The balance is in riparian areas and a wooded ridge. There is a spring fed creek the whole length of the property.
The camping area is across the fields by the creek. It is private and sheltered. I keep it mowed. There are options for sun or shade.
Access is a farm path that is hard packed but may get squishy on the last part if it is excessively wet. Camping in long term downpours doesn't seem like fun and would be reason to postpone for flood risk .
This is a few minutes to the Battenkill River and Camden Creek feeds into it.
