Loooove it

It's really chill for a place not far away

warm friendly people quiet and clean

easy to hike bike and all stores beautiful lake and boating

Nice

Spots can tight and lots of trees, sometimes making it difficult to get in and out of. Great pool and splash pad. Kids love the lake. Bathroom cleaned daily. Could use more showers. Nice and quiet at night.

Everything

From the moment I pulled in and observed how large the sites were, I was hooked. Bike trails, Going Ape, kayaking and peaceful. Planing my next trip

Breathtaking

Rv sites are huge and private, not on top of one another. Beach, boat ramp, hike to the lighthouse with incredible views of the 2 rivers and bay. If you boat and camp, it's perfect. Nature center, great store, clean, well maintained and staffed for a state park. Nice beach. So much to do. They do have a no alcohol policy unless you are inside a cabin or RV, but unless you get stupid, no one bothers you. Can't wait to go back.

Huge lake, awesome pool

Nice quiet campground right on a huge lake, good fishing, dog beach, human beach, awesome pool. Tons of activities. Great staff. Tents and RVs welcome.

Rated at one of top trails of 2018!

Awesome trails near Philadelphia. Great way to get out of the city. Love it here!

Small but quaint

Small campground with tent sites that are close together. Cleanly run close to Lancaster shopping and Amish country

Odd

Odd place for a campground

A little crowded

Good campground, has a couple residents that keep watch. Can get a little crowded on weekends. Each has a fire pit, and there is a store on site that sells general campground supplies (fire starter, hot dogs, band aids). Has a great walking trail to an awesome lighthouse that overlooks the Chesapeake Bay.

Decent camping experience

Good campgrounds. There was moderate traffic and a few other people while I was there. Everyone was respectful inconsiderate. Facilities were under average.

Sometimes corporate is good

We loved it here. Clean, well managed, lots of great amenities, tons to do. This place is run by a publicly traded company that seems to have their systems in place to make things work. We had a great time.

Not a bad place

It was our first trip of the year last week of April

Love it!

Wow! Truly nice Hugh quiet sites. Lots of shade, animal friendly, big pond, excellent zip line fun for beginners and experienced. I’m spoiled after this weekend

Great place close to beaches

Clean safe nice place to camp. Would recommend to anyone.
Close to beaches and lots to do in the area.

Great park ; quiet

Really enjoyed this campground. Quiet; campsites weren’t on top of each other; had your own space. Hot water was out while we were there so showers were a bit cold but it’s summer/hot so it wasn’t really a problem. Lots of things to do near by and so close to the water.

Awesome place for kids

We just got back from this campground after spending 5 nights there. The water park is super fun for adults and kids. The entire campground is clean and very well maintained.

Close to the beach

We were very pleased with the size of our site.  The campground was quiet and the bathhouses were clean.  We happened to be there when it was 100 degrees so we definitely noticed that the bathhouses weren't air conditioned.  We were really happy we didn't have to shower in them since they were so hot.  The pool was warm but it could have been cleaner.  The lake was so warm that it made us wonder what kind of bacteria was growing in it.  Overall we were pleased with our stay and would return again.

Nice campground

We stayed here in April. This was a nice campground. The RV sites were nice. there were no elctric/water/ sewer hookups. Our site was across from a water station. There was a dump station at the campgrond. Bathrooms were clean. The campground is not far from the popular shore towns. Diners in Woodbine are close as well.  Cell service with Spint/ Verizon was good. Our camp site on the outer loop was large. Some sites in other areas were smaller.

Cool, Family oriented

Well maintained

Nice hiking & fishing areas around with gorges views

Not recommend for big loud groups.

Nice place.

Nice place. WiFi spotty. Bathrooms clean.

Great location.

Stayed there on our shake down trip with our new RV. Nice, Clean and Friendly. perfect for home base really close to lots of jersey shore happenings. and the staff is so amazingly helpful!!

Rustic but large sites

Nice and clean campground, sandy sites. nice trails. great location. Been there a few times. will definitely go back.

Very nice

Vent wait to go back, family had a great time!

Meh

Clean and well kept, but it seems to attract a rougher crowd.

Nice campground

Campground is a little outdated and where the overnight people are is separated from the seasonal people the closest bathhouse is a 10 min walk from where we were the portapotty they had down near the overnighters ( where we where ) smelled horrendous I could not have imagined camping next to it but people did the only plus is they have a swimming pool and pond and it’s very laidback and quiet

Not a campground

Can't camp here, but it's beautiful to spend the day in!

Fun for the Kiddos!

This Jellystone is extremely well staffed, with all staff members in high vis matching shirts. Staff did excellent job with alternate activities due to weather during our stay. Clean campground, clean bath house, no lifeguard at pool though. Campground is flat, shade is nonexistent, symmetrical layout, but nice sized sites. Good camp store, nice pool, arcade and plenty of activities!

Not a family friendly place

Not a family friendly place; people skinny dipping in the lake, people smoking in public places, people cursing up a storm right next to our 3 and 4 year old, etc etc. On top of that there was trash everywhere and the laundromat was closed for the entire week we were there. Only saving grace for the place was the wonderful amenities in the area which meant we could spend as little time as possible in the “resort”
