Yellowstone Hot Springs Resort

About five minutes outside of Gardiner, Yellowstone Hot Springs Resort sits along the river with grassy RV sites, picnic tables, and fire rings. The campground has central water, a dump station, and portable restrooms. Sites vary noticeably: those adjacent to the hot springs are lush and grassy, while others are more exposed with little vegetation. The mineral pools next door include a cold pool, a 100-degree pool, and a 106-degree pool, and RV guests receive a $5 per-person discount on entry. Note that the hot springs are closed on Mondays.

Ok- but lacking

Easy access to Gardiner (about 10 minutes) on the river. We were shoehorned into the corner where spot 40, had a 40a added and 39 all essentially shared the same pull in. The host drove around on her golf cart in the evenings sort of "checking" on things. Bathhouse was sorta dirty. Place did the job, as we really just wanted electricity. Tons of transient RV rentals in and out. Try to get a pull through or closer to the river.

Nice camping on the Yellowstone

First, let me say that the hosts are really chill and love all dogs. Being at Yellowstone, people with dogs is a common occurrence, and the staff know how to treat pooches right.

Our site accommodated two sprinters and a raft trailer. We even pitched a tent for one night.

Things I would have liked to see improved: The sites near the hot springs are grassy and lush; the other site was barren of trees. The hot springs side had bathrooms; the other side had a portable toilet (which did not stink). The hot springs were not open on Mondays. That sucks after dealing with Yellowstone park foolishness.

Amazing Oasis for Yellowstone Visitors!

We stayed at the resort in our 31’ RV after not finding a dispersed site. The RV park, located about 5 minutes outside of Gardiner, is next to the river and has decent grassy sites with picnic tables and fire rings. They have central septic and water for guests. The host was friendly and helpful, as well!

RV park visitors get $5 per person off the hot spring cost (hot springs are immediately next door). There are huge mineral spring pools including a cold pool, 100 degree pool and 106 degree pool surrounded by manicured lawns and lounge chairs. All around the property are incredible mountain views.

The facility, soaking pools, and grounds are beautiful and well worth the money!
