Hiking the South Fork Lolo Creek Trail starts right here. This dispersed site in Lolo National Forest sits just off South Fork Lolo Creek Trail Road, with a stream running roughly 50 feet from where campers park. Boulders block vehicle access into the adjacent open field, keeping the site compact. RVs up to 25 feet fit, as confirmed by at least one 23-foot van. A few informal stone fire rings are present, and gun casings have been spotted, which is common at dispersed sites in the area. Pets are welcome. Campers looking for more developed options can browse campgrounds around Lolo or check out Lolo Creek Campground about 5 miles northwest.
