Paradise.

Ive been fishing and camping here for 15 yrs. Great wild trout fly-fishing. MY father loved it. I sprinkled some of his ashes there. Peaceful, clean, Chris was a great, funny host.  Wish I could stay more than 5 days. Shoot, I'd love to be the host. For free!

Nice quiet place

This is a nice little campground. 5 RV/tent sites. Plus a 6th tent only site. Vault toilet. Right next to river with hiking trail. Good fishing for small trout. About 6 miles from main road.

Blodgett is beautiful!

Great spot! This is a pretty standard campsite- there are only 5 sites though, so it can fill easily. Amenities include a pit toilet, fire rings (be careful!!!) and picnic tables. Hiking is an must! The canyon overlook is stunning.

Beautiful, peaceful, free

This is a very nice little campground that is free. There is a great hiking trail from the campground - listed in Lonely Planet Hiking the Rockies. Pit toilet and pump water. Sporadic cell phone connection.

Blodgett Sites

Easy Bitteroot hike and spectacular views all around and in the valley of where your hiking! Very common and popular hike so be prepared to see lots of people! Fun area with rigid mountains all around you. Only 20-30 minutes from Missoula. Worth it!

Yosemite of the Bitterroots

What can I say? The campground is pristine with how small it is, the graciousness of the host, and with the outdoor access right at your fingertips!
