Nice pull off spot

This is a nice spot to pull off for the night. Close to interstate and train tracks, so a bit noisy. Lots of sites to choose from, and there was free firewood in June of 2025.

Easy walk-in. Decent price

This was a great place to stop for the night. Each site has a picnic table and a fire ring. Check in was easy. The campground is clean and people are quiet. It is very close to the highway which makes it easily accessible for a one night stop while driving through. With a senior access pass I was able to pay half price ( $7.50 as opposed to $15 (.

convenient & quaint

Pulled off i-90 for a stop, plenty of campsites available. Able to reserve online thru recreation.gov as well as first come first serve. saw maybe 4 other cars. Only downside is proximity to freeway and loud train. Would go off multiple times throughout the night waking us up every time. Well maintained, plenty of restrooms they were closed though but a bear box and dumpster were available for trash/food storage.

Just what I needed

As others have said, traveling down 90, this place is great. Stayed in Loop G, so under the tunnel. Flush toilets, clean sites, not on top of each other. You can scan the QR code and pay easily. Just needed a night and be able to set up Starlink to do some work. Found a more open spot and it was perfect.

Brilliant place to stop if cycling through .

Wonderful campsite if you’re cycling through the I-90 corridor, although you do need to ride on I-90 to get to the rest stop, but it’s not a long way on the freeway. Shade, flat and the host is wonderful. Best part - you can take the path to the river and just sit in the water to cool off.

Perfect for after a day of rafting

Lots of FCFS sites, as well as reservable sites. Large, flat spaces, bbq, picnic table, bathrooms, firewood. Close to the 90, so some noise, but not bad at all. $15 per night.

Right off the 90

We pulled off the 90 to stop for the night and ended up falling in love with this spot! We were worried it would be loud being next to the freeway, but it was surprisingly really quiet. Beautiful, clean and easy to get in and out of! Definitely saving this spot for the next trip!
