Overview
Parkside Campground is a small, privately owned family campground located at 2430 Briggs Road South in Middleville, Michigan (Barry County), near the shores of Gun Lake. The campground is open seasonally from May 1 to October 31 and accommodates RVs, tent campers, and guests staying in cabins. It sits within a half mile of Gun Lake's beach and boat launch and is close to Yankee Springs Recreation Area.
Facilities
The campground offers approximately 78–81 sites, the majority with full hookups (water, electric 30-amp, sewer). Additional amenities include flush toilets, showers, a dump station, laundry, a camp store, RV storage, and firewood delivery. Each site features a fire ring and picnic table. Air-conditioned cabins are available for guests who prefer not to bring their own shelter. The campground accepts big rigs up to 40 ft.
Recreation
On-site fishing is available. Nearby Yankee Springs Recreation Area offers hiking and biking trails. Gun Lake provides fishing, boating, and swimming access a short walk from the campground.
