Overview

Fay Martin River Resort & Pontoon Rental is a historic, privately-owned waterfront resort located at 3247 North Club Road in Indian River, Michigan, directly on the Inland Waterway between Burt Lake and Mullett Lake. Established in 1922, the property sits on 2.5 acres and is operated year-round, within walking distance of downtown Indian River. The resort primarily offers 7 cabin rentals but has recently added 2 RV sites bookable through Campspot.

Facilities

Seven fully-equipped cabins accommodate 4–12 guests each with full kitchens, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi; each cabin includes a gas grill, picnic table, and an assigned boat slip on the river. Two RV sites are available for nightly booking. Additional on-site amenities include a courtyard with spring-fed ponds, a fire pit, a swing set/playground, and a Tiki Bar. No tents or pets are permitted on the property.

Recreation

Pontoon boat rentals are offered directly through the resort (Tahoe Tri-Toons). The property is situated on the Indian River, with fishing, kayaking, and swimming available in the surrounding Inland Waterway. Nearby activities include snowmobile and ATV trails, golf courses, and attractions such as Cross in the Woods.
