This area contains all recreation sites located near the Corsair Area, located south of the Au Sable River and River Road National Scenic River in the southeast corner of the Huron National Forest. This area includes Corsair Hiking and Cross-Country Skiing Trail, Sand Lake Day Use Area, Round Lake Campground and Tuttle Marsh.

_ Corsair Hiking and Cross-country Skiing Trail _ From Tawas - Travel west on M-55 for 1 mile. Turn right and travel north on Wilber Rd. for 1 mile. Turn/Veer left and travel northwest on Monument Rd. for 7 miles: Corsair Trailhead Parking lot is on the left Silver Valley Trailhead Parking lot is on the right Wrights Lake Trailhead Turn right on FR 4102. The trailhead is on the right. _ Round Lake Campground and Day Use Area _ From Tawas City - Travel northwest on Plank Rd./Indian Lake Rd. for 7 miles. Turn right and travel west on Latham Rd. for .5 miles. _ Sand Lake Beach and Day Use Area _ From Tawas - Travel west on M-55 for 9 miles. Turn right and travel north on Sand Lake Rd. for 3 miles. Turn left and travel west on Indian Lake Rd. for 1 mile to the entrance.
