Description

We have space for four RVs on a first come-first serve basis. Water, 50 and 30 amp service is available. There is a pump out station 1/4 mile away. $40.00 a day. The view of the St. Mary's River, Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada and the passing lake freighters is spectacular.

Elks Lodge Campground Sault St Marie

This is a small, no frills campground. It does have a million dollar view of Saint Mary’s River, and front row seats to the freighters traveling into, and out of the Soo Locks. It has 5 sites with water and electric, 35 and some 50 amp. Also has picnic tables and fire rings. There are no sewer hook-ups, or a dump station. There is WI-FI, but rather slow. The sites are grass, but over a firm foundation. My jacks did not sink. The campground is built on a small peninsula jutting out into the river. It is not very wide, so maneuvering room is at a minimum.
