Set on the Kansas State Fairgrounds in Hutchinson, the D.L. Roy Mullet Cabin provides full hookups including electric, water, and sewer, along with a dump station, picnic tables, and campfire access. Pets are welcome. Access is noted as rough, so drivers should factor that in before arrival. Reservations are available. Description
Located in the heart of Hutchinson, the Kansas State Fairgrounds is conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants, and, of course, all of the events that take place throughout the year on the State Fairgrounds.
In addition to the Cabin, the Fairgrounds has 211 full-service RV camper sites. Whether you're passing through for a short time or looking for a place for your next RV rally, the Kansas State Fairgrounds has it all.
You must be 18 or older to rent a cabin or campsite.
Subject to regulations and posted notices, any individual over 21 may possess, consume, or drink alcoholic liquor. Kegs and party balls are strictly prohibited.
Any motorized vehicles (gas or electric) operated within the State Fairgrounds must be registered (having a license plate). ATV use is prohibited on the State Fairgrounds unless prior written approval is received from the Kansas State Fairgrounds.
Camping is allowed only in designated areas and is subject to restrictions as posted. Only one camper/RV per utility site is allowed.
Pets must always be restrained by a camper, cage, hand-held leash, or tethered chain and adhere to the leash laws of the City of Hutchinson.
Fireworks are prohibited.
Litter must be put in trash containers, if provided. Where containers are not provided, park users must carry their trash out with them.
Digging holes, removing or defacing geological formations or vegetation is prohibited.
Cabin renters may check in after 3:00 p.m. and check out by noon. Smoking is not allowed in cabins.
Pets and pet carriers are not allowed inside or on the porches of cabins.
Cabin renters are not allowed to grill or cook from the porch deck.
The cabin must be clean prior to departure. Cabin renters shall be responsible for full payment of any damages incurred during the length of stay. Damages will be billed to the renter for payment.

A guest may reserve and occupy a campsite for up to 14 consecutive nights within a single campground. After 14 consecutive nights, a guest wishing to remain in the state park must relocate to a different campground within the park.
