The town is very small so people do hold their gaze a bit longer. They see a new person that's not their neighbor, family, or friend. Walmart closes by 11pm ever since COVID 2020. The parking lot can be used, but the town is so small the police might check on you. If you want to do something worth doing in Linton. VISIT GOOSEPOND NATURAL RESERVE. It's like 1 or 2 miles from Walmart. Check what seasons are best and see some amazing birds. There is also primitive camping for 5 dollars per night. 20 dollars if you want electricity. There are also many more places along the way and nearby. There's Sullivan-Green State Forest and Shakamak State Park. And if you keep going down the rabbit hole you will see Boggs. So much more to this area and Walmart just isn't Walmart anymore now that it isn't 24hours.
