Awesome Place!!!!

I did NOT want to leave!!! We came in late on a Friday. They waited for us, led us to our site and told us to call or text if we needed anything. The site was nice. Grassy, level, FH, spacious, shady. When registering they had a nice store with tshirts, sweatshirts, and last minute forgotten supplies. The workers and full timers are super nice and helpful!!! We cannot wait to come back!!!

Nice Place w/general store & beach of

We stayed here Sept 2020. It’s a nice place with a beach and playground for the kids. Seems pretty large. It was very quiet when we were there due to a somewhat rainy weekend. We still enjoyed ourselves. They have a general store with necessities like milk etc, and extras like movies to borrow, and swag to purchase. They sell propane and wood, which is a plus. We got a good enough LTE signal to stream cartoons for the kids on a rainy day. We’ll be back for sure.

Nice grounds, friendly staff

We stayed here in Sept 2020, it was a partially rainy weekend, no we had most of the section we were in, to ourselves. Staff led us to our site, and the general store sells the basics like milk etc. wood and propane fill are also avail. LTE cell signal worked for us. Good pirepit rings. They have a little playground, and a small beach area. We enjoyed ourselves.

Family friendly. Great getaway.

Condit’s Ranch is family friendly and away from it all. Sue and the staff could not be nicer. We did tent camping and the setup was perfect. Huge lot. Fire pit and electric.

The small fishing pond, the swimming hole and the clubhouse were great to mix in to keep the youngsters entertained.
