Managed by Idaho Department of Lands on the eastern shore of Lake Cascade, Van Wyck Campground runs from May through October 20 and accepts RVs up to 40 feet. Nightly rates range from $11 to $33. The campground sits in open terrain with direct lake access and supports drive-in, walk-in, and boat-in arrivals. Amenities include drinking water, toilets, a dump station, picnic tables, firewood, and ADA-accessible facilities. Pets are welcome. Anglers and paddlers heading into campgrounds around Cascade will find this a functional base, with Sage Bluff Campground — Lake Cascade State Park roughly half a mile to the southwest for overflow or alternative access.
Description
First-come , first-serve. 25 sites. No hook-ups. Central drinking water. Flush toilets. Designated beach area. Boat Ramp and parking lot open year round. Handling docks when the lake is clear of ice. Dump station. Closed to camping around the 4th of July.
